EcomELO is a verified revenue leaderboard for Shopify merchants. The service connects to your Shopify store via the Shopify Admin API, fetches order data, calculates revenue metrics, and displays them on public and private leaderboards.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. By connecting your Shopify store, you grant EcomELO permission to access your order data (amounts and timestamps) for the purpose of calculating revenue metrics. You may revoke this access at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us. Transactional messages related to your account (e.g. security alerts) are not optional.
Your use of EcomELO is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
By opting in to the public leaderboard, you consent to your store name, revenue metrics, and profile information being displayed publicly on ecomelo.io. You may opt out or hide specific information at any time from your dashboard. Revenue figures are calculated from real order data and are intended to be accurate, but we do not guarantee their precision.
Private community leaderboards are visible only to members of that community. Community owners are responsible for managing their community and its members. EcomELO is not responsible for the conduct of community members or owners.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app and contacting us to request data deletion.
EcomELO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate revenue calculations, service downtime, or data loss.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
